Hi, I'm Kimberley
After 20+ years as a professional hairstylist, I thought I knew everything about hair. Then midlife hit, and my own body humbled me. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, started navigating perimenopause, and experienced severe hormone disruption that turned my world upside down.
Then came the hair loss. For someone who spent her career making other women feel beautiful, watching my own hair thin and fall out was devastating. I felt like I was losing a part of my identity. If you have been there, I see you — and I want you to know it does not have to stay that way.
That journey is what led me here. I traded the salon chair for the Mexican sunshine and a new mission: helping women over 40 navigate the changes that nobody warns you about. Everything I share — from my ACV rinse to nutritional support to hormone-safe products — comes from walking this road myself and finding what actually works.
